'GentleFenBorough' started with one visionary goal: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop was once a quaint, family-oriented venture fortified with recipes that have traversed many generations.
Marco Rossi, our visionary, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her adventures across Italy, garnering wisdom from Neapolitan pizza maestros. Coming back to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of legitimate Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
Initially a modest 12-seat eatery, we've blossomed into a cherished community fixture. Nevertheless, our pledge to excellence and genuineness stands firmly. Our dough is prepared fresh every day, we maintain the art of wood-fired ovens, and we ensure our ingredients are of unsurpassable quality.
At present, 'GentleFenBorough' is still within the caring hands of the Rossi family's next generation, who steer our devoted crew. Despite some modern advancements, our core mission persists: to serve luscious, authentic pizza that gathers communities together.
