Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 10 minutes of placing the order. You can cancel by contacting us at +39 06 1234 5678 or through our website at gentlefenborough.sbs. If the cancellation is made in time, we will provide a full refund to your original method of payment.
Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or if the food does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us immediately at +39 06 1234 5678. We will require you to provide evidence of the issue, such as a photo, and return the uneaten portion of the food to our pizzeria. Upon review, we may offer a full refund, a partial refund, or a voucher for your next purchase.
Refund Eligibility

- The food must be in the same condition that you received it, and the main portion must remain uneaten.
